OFFICIAL LETTER NO 4918/CT-TTHT ABOUT THE DETERMINATION OF PERSON FOR REGISTERING FAMILY DEDUCTION

Official letter No 4918/CT-TTHT about the determination of person for registering family deduction

In case the employees register family deduction for their dependents are aunt or uncle Whose wife/husband/children are still alive so they are not considered as homeless. This thing is not meet the regulations at Clause I Article 9 Circular 111/2013/TT-BTC when registering family deduction for this person.
